四位学者的入选不仅彰显了其个人在科研领域的实力，也充分反映出西浦智能工程学院及整所大学在国际学术舞台上的研究水平与日俱增。

We are delighted to announce that four distinguished academics from the School of Advanced Technology (SAT) at Xi’an Jiaotong-Liverpool University (XJTLU), Professor Eng Gee Lim, Professor Huiqing Wen, Senior Associate Professor Jieming Ma, and Associate Professor Chee Shen Lim, have been named in the 2025 edition of the “World’s Top 2% Scientists – Single-Year Impact Ranking”, jointly released by Stanford University and Elsevier. This recognition highlights the exceptional research influence these scholars have demonstrated over the past year.
The ranking is compiled using data from Scopus, the world’s largest abstract and citation database, and evaluates scientists across a wide range of citation-based metrics. Covering 22 scientific fields and 174 subfields, the list identifies the top 2% of researchers worldwide based on their scholarly output and impact.
Being featured in this globally respected list is a testament to the research excellence of our faculty members and underscores the growing international profile and academic strength of SAT and XJTLU.
Moving forward, the School remains committed to fostering a dynamic research environment by supporting high-impact, interdisciplinary work, enhancing global academic collaboration, and nurturing scientific talent.
