From 2006 to 2026, Xi'an Jiaotong-Liverpool University has proudly celebrated twenty remarkable years.

On the evening of Friday, April 10th, the "Cheng Jiu Nian Guang" (A Night of Light) event series is coming—one night, three extraordinary experiences—plunging you into an ocean of fluorescence, music, and joy!

We have carefully designed an exclusive glow-in-the-dark route for you—winding through the campus greenery and passing by story-filled checkpoints along the way.

Every step is a gentle reunion with XJTLU; every photo is a cherished memory made for this Anniversary.

Bring your family and friends, take a leisurely stroll, and let the evening breeze and twinkling lights tell the story of this joyful, two-way rendezvous.

?Experience 2: Glow Market 

The end of the glow run is just the start of the carnival! After finishing the race, the vibrant Fluorescent Market at Houlang Young Street will open its doors to you.

Bringing together over 20 distinctive stalls — including face painting, hair braiding, light snacks, special drinks, handmade accessories, felt crafts and creative souvenirs —the market is full of artistic vibes and promises a night full of surprises!

Experience 3: Glow Music Party

As night falls and the stage lights come on, a glowing music party ignites the night! XJTLU faculty, students, alumni, and renowned local bands from Taicang will take turns performing—filling the evening with dazzling talent and heartwarming melodies. Let's wave our glow sticks to the rhythm and sing along to celebrate XJTLU under the starry sky!

This glow run is a non-competitive event. Participants must complete the checkpoints within the designated time.

Please wear comfortable sports attire.

Participants should be in good physical and mental health and will be required to sign a liability waiver on-site.

Parking is available at Qingcaoxiang Underground Parking Lot (free of charge).
